Community Living Options
Community Living Options Information Process (CLOIP)
MHMR Authority of Brazos Valley is one of 13 MHMR centers in Texas who contract with the Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS), providing the Community Living Options Information Process. The program provides information, education, and community tours to individuals residing at the Brenham State Supported Living Center, ages 22 years and older. The CLOIP Program collaboratively involves CLOIP Service Coordinators, Brenham State Supported Living Center, actively involved persons, and/or Legally Authorized Representatives. Presentations and explanations of services will ensure residents as well as family members are aware of community living options.
