Mental Health Services provides treatment and assistance to adults with serious and persistent mental illness and also children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbances.  Treatment is comprehensive and directed toward stabilization in the home, workplace, and community.

General Eligibility

  • Proof of residency in Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Robertson, Leon, Madison or Washington county

  • Proof of financial eligibility for services

  • Mental health needs must meet DSHS mandated criteria (target population)

  • Must meet criteria for admission to the specific program

Crisis Services provides mental health emergency support 24-hours a day, 365 days a year and is the first point of contact to begin eligibility assessment.

Call 888-522-8262. Staff provides support, information, referals, and/or crisis intervention referrals, if needed.
