Citizens Network Advisory Committee

Makes recommendations to the MHMR Board of Trustees on local planning processes that are reflective of the perspectives of clients and their families for the provision of MHMR services and supports.  The purpose of local planning is to ensure that a highly participatory process exists to identify local needs and priorities in order to direct resource allocation and resource development.

Local Plan

Through our Performance Contract with the Texas Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC), MHMR Authority of Brazos Valley is required to prepare and submit a Consolidated Local Service Plan (CLSP) and a Local Planning and Network Development Plan (LPND) every two years. The purpose of the LPND is to identify local needs and priorities to inform resource allocation, resource development, and performance activities.
