Job Description: Provides receptionist & secretarial duties for the main administration building. Responsible for answering multi-line switchboard, taking messages, updating the agency’s phone list, opening, stamping and distributing mail, greeting visitors, typing letters as needed, checking out cars, and other duties as assigned. Education: Requires High School Diploma or GED Experience: Requires a minimum of 2 years of office experience. Attention to detail is essential. Hours of Work: 8am-5pm; Monday through Friday Licenses/Certifications: Current Texas driver’s license and be insurable by Agency insurance. Physical Requirements: lifting less than 10lbs., manual dexterity, normal vision, and hearing, stooping, and kneeling. Facility: Administration, Bryan, TX.
