Salary: $29,222 to $31,886 Annually                   Salary is based on education & experience

Job Description: Provides transportation to and from home for individuals receiving services through the Mary Lake Peer Support Center. Responsible for oversight of the Center including social activities and community outings; Responsible for ordering and picking up food, preparation of food and serving lunch with assistance from the client’s as appropriate; Responsible for safety of clients. This program is designed to assist with increasing independent living skills and promoting recovery for people with mental illness.
Education: Require High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Prefer experience working with persons with mental illness.
Hours of Work: 8:00am-5:00pm; Monday through Friday
Licenses/Certifications: Valid Texas driver’s license and must be insurable by Agency insurance; must be able to pass the Van Driver training.
Physical Requirements: Sight, hearing, ability to walk, ability to talk, ability to lift up to 50lbs., ability to communicate effectively; ability to pass the Preventative Management of Aggressive Behavior (PMAB) Training as well as all other physical requirements for this position.
