Salary: 40,545 to 44,822 Annually Salary is based on education & experience

Job Description: Requires excellent communication, organizational, scheduling, and computer skills. Duties include smooth handling of a fast-paced office environment for the Executive Director, Executive Team and Board of Trustees; ability to work independently on required timelines and reports; shorthand or transcription skills for several meetings per month; supervise one volunteer; and above average knowledge of using general office equipment and Microsoft Office. Must have exceptional ability to get along with many various personalities and demonstrate a pleasant telephone voice.
Education: Required: Associate or Bachelor Degree in business, administrative/information management or other comparable areas of study.
Experience: Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience (with high school degree) OR a minimum of 3 years of experience (with Associate Degree) or 1 year experience (with Bachelor Degree) working in a fast paced office environment and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. Excellent organizational and record keeping experience required.
Hours of Work: 8am-5pm; Monday through Friday; adjustment in work hours may be warranted to meet the needs of the program.
Licenses/Certifications: Current (or ability to obtain) Notary Public license, valid Texas driver’s license and must be insurable by Agency insurance.
Physical Requirements: Light lifting under 15lbs., moderate carrying 15-44lbs., simple grasping, walking, sitting, standing, operating a motor vehicle, operating office equipment including a computer, ability to see and hear (with aid), ability to read, write, count, and to maintain confidentiality, ability to work closely with others.
